Rigid Supports

Composed of clamps of various configurations, threaded rods, eye rods, bolts, forks and forged rings, as well as reversible swings and other accessories for fixing pipes to the main structures. All of them manufactured by Construidea® under strict quality assurance and with the finishes specified by project.

Variable Supports

We are the only manufacturers in Mexico of Variable Supports Unmatched delivery times.

They are spring supports with Variable Tension throughout their entire career, whose function is to support the forces and deflections generated in the pipes during the thermal expansion and contraction cycles, allowing the vertical displacement of the shaped lines, supporting the loads that are generated during this cycle.

Construidea® Variable Tension Supports in 25 sizes and load capacities from 8 to 50,000 kg. Covering ranges of short, medium, long and extra-long travel, in the 7 standard types.

Constant Supports

They are spring supports with Constant Tension throughout their entire stroke that are applied where the stresses on the pipe are critical, and the pipe is subject to movements greater than ½” during the thermal expansion and contraction cycle; as well as in places where it is required to avoid the transfer of efforts to critical connections or other supports.

Construidea®, Constant Tension supports in 84 sizes in each of the 7 standard types, with load capacities up to 22,000 kg. Covering total travel ranges up to 500mm.

For a longer useful life, in aggressive environmental conditions, the finish of Construidea®, Constant Supports provides maximum anticorrosive protection when the hot-dip galvanizing process is applied to its components in accordance with ASTM A-1 53 standard and a Powder Coating or Spring Neoprene Resin Coating.

Each one of the Construidea®, supports is tested and calibrated at the factory for the specific conditions to which it will be subject, delivering the corresponding certificate of applied tests and the guarantee of operation.
